The analysis of was through descriptive statistics which included percentages, frequencies, mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics. Results were as follows; teacher qualifications had a significant positive influence on student academic performance in chemistry (β=0.413, p=0.000). Teaching methods have a significant positive influence on student academic performance in chemistry (β=0.141, p=0.001). Teacher experience has a significant positive influence on students’ academic performance in chemistry (β=0.190, p=0.022). Teacher professional development has a significant positive influence on student academic performance in chemistry (β=0.222, p=0.000).
